Neiphiu Rio on Tuesday said the PDA government's top agenda is to play the role of an active facilitator to the ongoing peace process and ensure that the Naga political crisis reaches an early solution which is acceptable to the people of the state. Addressing a programme at NBCC Convention Centre on Tuesday, Rio called upon all sections of the society to create a conducive atmosphere for the peace process and come together for the common good of the Naga people.
He also added that the need of the hour is for the Naga society to come together under a spirit of unity and reconciliation both amongst the undergrounds and the over grounds. He also announced that Kiphire district in Nagaland has been included in the 'Transformation Aspirational Districts' programme of the NITI Aayog.
